Academic Research License
The Academic Research License for Athena Visual Studio
v12.0
applies to a single Named Professor and his/her research
group. The research group comprises of graduate and undergraduate
students and postdoctoral students. Visiting scholars may also be
granted authorization to use the software for the time of their visit.
The Academic License is not transferable.
Single Industrial License
The Single Industrial License for Athena Visual Studio
v12.0 applies to a single Named User. The software can be installed
on one or two stand-alone computers, provided that it is only utilized
by the Named User. The Single Industrial License is not
transferable. Once it is activated will be locked to the target
computer
Corporate Wide Industrial License
The Corporate Wide Industrial License for Athena
Visual Studio v12.0 applies to all users working for the corporation that is
purchasing the license. The software can be installed on any
computer or workstation belonging to the corporation.
Academic Teaching
and Student
License (FREE of CHARGE)
The Academic Teaching and Student License
allows faculty at
accredited Universities to use Athena Visual Studio FREE of CHARGE as part of courses
in Chemical Engineering and Computational Technologies. Students
attending these courses can also request and obtain a limited license
valid for 180 days to be installed on their own personal computer.
